Tony Finelli, M.D. is a surgeon and urologic oncologist at University Health Network (UHN) in Toronto, and an Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto.
Dr. Finelli attended the University of Toronto earning two degrees - Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Medicine. During his residency at the University of Toronto he earned a Master of Science degree through the Surgical Scientist Program. In 2004 he completed a fellowship in laparoscopic urologic oncology at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Dr. Finelli is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
Dr. Finelli has been published in over 30 medical journals and publications and has made numerous presentations at hospitals, universities and urology conferences across North and South America. He served as a medical journal reviewer for the Journal of Urology, Canadian Urological Association Journal (CUAJ), Urology, and European Urology.
